Shipping policy

Order Processing

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, but may be longer during busy periods, holidays, or due to high order volume.

Orders are shipped once processing is complete.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • the destination country
  • the shipping carrier
  • customs processing
  • weather conditions
  • peak seasons
  • carrier delays beyond our control

Because of these factors, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

In accordance with EU consumer law, all orders will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 days.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • packages marked as “delivered” but not received
  • packages delayed by carriers or customs
  • packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, please contact your local carrier or post office for assistance.

Incorrect Address Policy

The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • the customer is responsible for reshipment costs, and
  • no refunds will be issued for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

We do not control these charges.
